SARA Slimathon – 2010

Over indulged and need to lose a few pounds?
Why not join in the Sponsored Slimathon in aid of Sara.
Losing weight and getting back into shape is always easier if you have the support of a like-minded group of people. But joining the SARA Slimathon gives you the added incentive knowing that any sponsorship money you raise will help the animals in Sara.
Mitch, personal trainer and fitness instructor, has very kindly agreed to oversee the Slimathon free of charge. He will be doing the initial weigh in / measure up, making individual charts with targets and assessments and providing record charts for daily food intake.
He would like us to meet up every four weeks for re-assessment and to give advice on how to improve etc
All you need to do is find a few sponsors willing to give you x amount of money per lb., kilo or inch you lose or a fixed amount if you reach your target. (Sponsorship forms will be provided).
The initial weigh in / measure up is on Sunday 10th January at 12 noon.
There is no obligation to join the group, if you would prefer to just do this privately, but please contact Lynne for your official sponsorship form.

Well done to all those slimmers! I popped in Maceys in Tias the other day and Sue (Mrs Maceys) is doing it, she is doing really well! not sure if I have the will power with pancake Tuesday and Easter looming! but I did sponsor her! Well Done every little helps ( I don’t think Tesco will mind if we borrow that will they)
