Paying Your Water Bill in Lanzarote

Inalsa is the main supplier of water in Lanzarote, and have given a variety of methods to make payment of your water bills in Lanzarote simple for you.

Direct Debit – this is the method that Inalsa personally recommends. They will send you a bill, giving you 30 days to appeal if you disagree with the consumption. You can register online for it HERE

In person – You can pay at any branch of the Caja Insular de Ahorros de Canarias, between 08:00 and 10:30, except in Arrecife, San Bartolomé, Playa Honda and Puerto del Carmen, for which a payment centre for bills not paid by direct debit has been set up at Calle Crucero Canarias s/n in Altavista – Arrecife, which is open from 8:00 to 13:00.  You may also pay at the Inalsa offices on the outskirts of Arrecife – Centro Desalación Díaz Rijo
Ctra. Arrecife-Las Caletas.

To find it, head around Arrecife on the circunvalacion, and pass the IKEA turning on your right. You will reach a mini roundabout with an aluminium outlet on it. Go straight across that roundabout, and you will see the sign for thr Inalsa offices shortly afterwards.

By cashcard – If you hold a bank account with Caja de Canarias card, you can make your payment via one of their cashpoints.

Online – Again, this is solely for people with an account at Caja de Canarias. Go to www.cajadecanarias.es and click “pago” then “pago recibos normalizados”
