"My brother is still missing! I am Fanny, the sister of Vincent Bosq, the French young man that was missing a week ago. Someone found Vincent in Arrecife and he contacted us from the Police local de Arrecife. As he still doens't have his passeport or ID , Vincent cannot take his Western Union at the post office that we sent him! He still doens't have money and he lives in the street in Arrecife. We don't have any means of communication with him because the police station refuses to let him phone and look for him again. He is a few steps away from the Police station! We don't know how to contact him because he has no home, no money, no phone...nothing! Please, could you help us again!
