My skills include:

General front of house duties. Answering incoming telephones, transferring calls, booking and canceling various appointments, summarising. Liaising with staff and other Health Care Professionals. Meeting and greeting the patients along with general assistance to the patients. General office duties included, faxing, producing and dispersing of letters, making phone calls, money handling, taking payments and banking, and copying of patient’s notes. Minute taking in practice meetings. Can opperate a switchboard, deal with emergany situations.
