Issuing a denuncia in Lanzarote
We would all like to live in a perfect world. However this isn’t possible, and so there may be times when you need to issue a denuncia in Lanzarote. This is a fairly painless task… but do take along an interpreter to your police station if you are unsure.
Perhaps you have unruly neighbours, or your car has been damaged. Maybe someone hasn’t paid you for services you have provided, or you have had something stolen. Issuing a denuncia is just the same as making a complaint to your local coppers.
Click the link for a denuncia form download that you can practise with. This will help you when you visit the police station… and get you used to the terminology. Many thanks to www.yorksgen.co.uk who provided this.
You can also telephone 0034 902 102 112 and ask for an English speaking operator. They will go through the process with you… ad arrange for you to pop along to your local police station to sign the paperwork. The number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will give youa reference number - so when you get to the Police station, then show them that straight away to avoid you queueing behind everyone who are making denuncias in the usual way.
