Home fit for a king!

One of the most expensive homes for sale in Spain is in our very own Tias, according to the Idealista Estate Agency. The luxury Lanzarote home is valued for €5.5 million, has a plot of 2.500 square meters, with 700 of that being the house itself.

Nestled into the cliff, with outsanding views to the sea – which by the way has its own private access, this place also has the obligatory pool, and large reception area. Add to that the four bedrooms, five bathrooms, two garages, a storage room, two chimneys (one in the lounge and other one in the dining room), a wine vault, a  gymnasium with access to the garden and a small granny annex… and you’re getting the idea!

This Tias property is the only one of the province that listed with Idealista, and one of only two in the Canaries. The other is a property on El Hierro, valued at €10 million – ha, chump change – I’ll have 4 please! One for me, one for Alan, one for Sam, and one for the dog!

According to the Idealista study, 53 per cent of the most expensive houses of Spain are in Madrid, 23 per cent in Balearics and 11 per cent in Catalonia.
