Geoff Holt receives an MBE in the Queen’s Honours List
Some of you may remember that we reported on the amazing journey that Geoff Holt carried out from Lanzarote to Tortola recently. Geoff became the first paraplegic to sail the Atlantic single-handedly… and we were very honoured to have got to know him, his wife , and his son Timmy.
This morning we found out that Geoff is to be honoured in the Queen’s Birthday list this year – and is to receive an MBE.
We are genuinely pleased for Geoff, and are so pleased to see that he is receiving recognition for his achievements.
