Furniture shops in Playa Blanca
In the industrial zone on the old road to Yaiza, there is Zentrum, with home furnishings, and garden decor. It recently changed hands, and certainly seems to be popular. Just a couple of rows behind that, and slightly to the right is another warehousey type place. In here you will find lots of decorative furnishings, such as African wooden statues, cupboards and tables. A bit pricey – but VERY nice and stylish!
Of course Ferrocur and FT (both hardware stores, with a wide selection of household goods) ar still doing a good trade – and you can always pop up to the cafeteria in FT for a bite to eat too. Bocadillos for about €1.50.
Happy shopping!

Yes, I think we’d get some funny looks getting those through customs for you

I don’t know the figures that you mean – I don’t suppose you have any photos do you? If so, chuck one or two over to info@lanzaroterelocation.co.uk and we’ll do some hunting for you. Failing that – I’ll go and have a nose in the hotel for you – and ask them where they came from.

I do hope you can help us. We stayed at the Beatriz Playa Hotel in Matagorda and there are some very interesting wooden gentlemen with their arms folded in the grounds of the hotel. My husband would love to have one of these for our Spanish garden in the UK. Obviously we don’t want you to kidnap one but many thanks.
Thank you for your time.
