Apologies for the delay on this post – I simply didn’t have time to add the images. These piccies were taken on a recent walk along the Papagayo beaches in Playa Blanca.We walked along the water’s edge and then back over the ridges.

We had a fabulous day and raised 160€ for Project A.W.A.R.E. The leprechaun was found by Miguel and Mauden, who were lucky enough to win a new Xcel Wetsuit and trip for 2 on the Catlanza! The best dressed female was won by a man dressed as female, Andie Cunliffe. The best dressed man was won by Kiko Trujillo.There was lots of irish music being played – with some hilarious attempts of the riverdance!!All in all everyone had a great day out and learned about the underwater world and how to help protect it!!!
Playa Flamingo Photos – Nov 2010
Published November 15, 2010 | A large number of you have been emailing us, and asking about the status of Playa Flamingo in Playa Blanca. As most of you know, the sea defences were all but destroyed in the storm of November 2005. In true Lanzarote style, it took them almost 5 years to get the beach back to its former glory – and so here are a couple of photographs so that you can see how it is now. Enjoy!
