Belénes in Lanzarote

On our recent Christmas in Lanzarote post, we mentioned Belénes… which are miniature nativity scenes around the island. Jane Gunnell, a part time Playa Blanca resident has very kindly sent us her photographs of the display at Yaiza from Christmas 2008

In my opinion, this is the best on the Island. If you ever get the opportunity, do go and have a look. And make sure that you keep an eye out for the little lucky fella doing his “stuff” in the display :o .)
