Things to do in Lanzarote

Monday, May 19th, 2008

Where do you take the family for a day out in Lanzarote?

We have chosen to restrict our visits to the tourist attractions to when we have guests over to stay. That way, it is always new for us too. So here’s just a few of the things available for you, whether you live here, or are visiting on holiday. (more…)

Furniture shops in Playa Blanca

Tuesday, April 29th, 2008

The new Ganigo shop opened in Playa Blanca this week, and as such, has opened up options for residents in the town.  You can’t miss it - it’s the one with the gaudy yellow signage on the roundabout with the thermometer, as you enter the town. Lanzarote Logo

Tuesday, March 18th, 2008

Lanzarote LogoOne thing you will soon get used to seeing on Lanzarote is the Lanzarote Logo, designed by César Manrique. You”ll also even see it painted onto the side of houses like this one at Playa Quemada…
